| For a small donation of $25.00 you can adopt one of our many deserving Heroes. You will receive a photo card which contains the profile and story of your Hero. Upon adoption, the family, friends, and partners of your Hero will receive a beautiful card, along with your personal message, letting them know their loved one has been adopted and remembered. |
| The goal of the Thousand Florida Angels Program is to show the rest of the nation that the residents of Florida are committed leaders when it comes to LGBT humanitarian projects. The Gay American Heroes Memorial Exhibition will travel throughout the United States to over 25 universities each year honoring LGBT persons who have been murdered because of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Each Florida resident, who commits $100 toward the construction of the memorial, will have his or her name displayed on a Thousand Florida Angels panel that travels with the memorial to each location.
