McMillan, 37, was arraigned Monday on murder
and weapons charges; the sources said he was

Prosecutors allege McMillan stabbed Stewart in

wounds on Stewart's hands, a police source said.
A spokeswoman with the medical examiner's
office said the fatal blows penetrated Stewart's
